Our Policies

For trial lessons, payment is due by e-transfer at time of booking, and 24hrs is required for cancellations. Any lessons cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will forfeit the lesson fee.

Please send e-transfers to: freestylehorsemanship@gmail.com

Once you are enrolled in our program, lessons are booked in 3-month semesters.

Our program is tuition-based, meaning that rather than paying individually for each lesson, you will pay a flat monthly fee which includes your regular weekly lessons, as well as additional learning opportunities and resources.

Tuition remains the same whether there are 4 or 5 weeks in any given month.

Good horsemanship requires consistency and dedication. In the event that you are not able to attend one of your scheduled weekly lessons, we recommend taking advantage of some of the other resources included in your tuition, such as group classes or online resources. We are not able to offer refunds or makeup lessons for missed lessons.

Payment for each semester is due on the 15th of the month prior to the start of each semester. For example, payment for the Oct/Nov/Dec semester is due on September 15th. If you are unable to pay the full cost up front, we offer a post-dated cheque option as well.

Please contact us to discuss. Lesson fees are non-refundable.

Students wishing to enroll mid-semester are welcome to do so, and tuition will be prorated.
